GPRO Hub is a companion tool for gpro.net — an online Formula 1 manager game. It helps managers with car setup calculations, race strategy planning, driver analysis and more.
Is GPRO Hub free to use?
Basic features like Car Wear and Testing Setup calculators are free for all registered users. Premium calculators (Race Setup, Car Setup, Wings Split, etc.) require an active token subscription.
How do I connect my GPRO account?
Go to your Profile page and enter your GPRO API token. You can find your token in your GPRO account settings. This allows GPRO Hub to fetch your car, driver and race data automatically.
Tokens & Subscription
What are tokens?
Tokens unlock access to premium calculators for a specific race. Each token covers one race and activates automatically before the race it is assigned to.
How do I get tokens?
You can purchase tokens from the Subscription page. We offer several packages at different price points. Tokens are added to your account immediately after payment.
Do tokens expire?
Unused tokens do not expire. Once activated for a race, a token is consumed for that race. You can hold tokens in your account as long as you need.
Can I get a refund on tokens?
Unused tokens may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us through the Contact page to discuss your specific situation.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and bank transfers. PayPal payments are processed instantly. Bank transfers require manual confirmation and may take 1-4 business days.
My payment is not showing up. What should I do?
PayPal payments are usually instant. For bank transfers, please allow 1-4 business days for processing. If your payment still hasn't appeared, contact us with your payment reference number.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. PayPal payments are processed entirely on PayPal's secure servers — we never see your card details. Bank transfer details are only used to match your payment to your account.
Calculators
How accurate are the setup calculations?
Our calculations are based on extensive data analysis of track characteristics, weather conditions, fuel loads and tyre behavior. While no calculator can guarantee a perfect setup, they provide a strong and tested baseline for your race.
Why do I see demo data on some calculators?
Premium calculators show demo data when you don't have an active token. The demo lets you explore the calculator interface, but the values shown are placeholder data. Purchase tokens to use your real car and driver data.
Can I use calculators for any GPRO group?
Yes, GPRO Hub calculators work for all groups. The calculations automatically adapt based on your car parts, driver stats and track data regardless of which group you race in.
Account
Can I change my username?
No. Once you set your username, it becomes permanent and cannot be changed. Choose your username carefully when first setting it up.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile page. Scroll to the bottom and click the Delete Account button. This action is permanent — all your data including race history and settings will be removed.
Can I change my email address?
For security reasons, email addresses cannot be changed directly. Please contact us if you need to update your email address.
