By creating an account or using GPRO Hub, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Maintain only one account per person
• Be at least 16 years of age to use the service

GPRO Hub uses a token system to access premium features. The following terms apply to token purchases:

• Tokens are digital goods that unlock access to premium calculators for individual races
• Tokens are non-transferable and tied to your account
• Unused tokens do not expire and remain in your account until used
• Refunds for unused tokens may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance

Payments are processed through PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency (NOWPayments). We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are final once tokens have been credited to your account. For bank transfers, tokens are credited after manual confirmation of the payment.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond your own account data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
• Share, resell, or distribute your account access or calculator outputs commercially

GPRO Hub is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Calculator results are estimates based on data analysis and are not guaranteed to produce optimal race results. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by gpro.net.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited unless a refund is agreed upon.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GPRO Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via announcement.
